Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training - Tier 2
Interactive training for staff who provide direct care or support to people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people. Includes co-delivered content with people with lived experience. Builds on Tier 1 with practical skills for person-centred support, sensory needs, and challenging situations.
