Custoris Academy is the professional development division of Custoris Ltd, a UK health and social care institution based in Coventry.

Our courses are designed by professionals with direct, lived experience in CQC-regulated care environments — not adapted from generic eLearning libraries or written by content teams outside the sector. Every module reflects the realities of care work: the pressures, the regulatory requirements, and the genuine competency gaps that create risk.
